Shipping & Delivery for Hong Kong
Standard Shipping
- All Hong Kong orders that use our Free Standard Shipping will arrive within 3 business days˟ (+1 business day for handing).
- Our logistics team will call in advance to confirm the delivery date and time.
- Delivery hours: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm (HKT), Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
Shipping Coverage
- We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Hong Kong International Airport, and Tung Chung in Lantau Island (motor vehicle accessible by paved road).
- For Cheung Chau, Ping Chau, Mui Wo, and Lamma Island, delivery is only available within 500 metres of the unloading point.
Delivery Limitations
- Delivery is not available to Frontier Closed Areas, outlying islands (other than those listed above), warehouses, or premises not accessible by staircase.
- Delivery is limited to a maximum of 8 floors without an elevator.
Additional Fees
- Ground floor delivery is free of charge.
- If no elevator is available, delivery is charged at HK$10 per floor (up to 8 floors).
- Fees are payable directly to the delivery staff.
Rescheduling
- At least 2 working days’ notice is required to change the delivery time.
