Change of Mind
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all VIVA products purchased through www.vivatravelwares.com, so you can shop with complete PEACE OF MIND. If you would like to return or exchange an item, simply fill out the Returns & Exchanges form below, and our customer service team will provide you with a prepaid return label—at no extra cost. Please note that certain discounted items are not eligible for returns due to change of mind.
Please note that:
- All products must be returned in its original packaging -including hang tags, interior and exterior packaging.
- All return shipping costs incurred outside of Hong Kong will be the customer’s responsibility.
Once we’ve received your return and confirmed that it was not used, damaged, or otherwise impaired from its original condition, we’ll issue you a refund for the original product purchase price in full if applicable.
Quality Issues
(Within 7 days of receiving the goods) If you require a return due to damage or defects in production, please contact customer service.

Application Process
If you would like to request a return or exchange, simply fill out the Returns & Exchanges form below or send an email to our Customer Service Team (cs@omnidis.com). We will contact you within 7 business days to provide return or exchange arrangements.
Generally, if your address is in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, we will arrange for delivery to your address. The fee depends on your address; you must present your proof of purchase.
