Instructions
1. Send us the following information by WhatsApp/ Signal, WeChat or Email to our Repair Centre to enable maintenance arrangement
- A photo of the purchase receipt
- A photo of the front of the suitcase
- A photo of the malfunctioned or damaged parts
2. Return the damaged suitcase to the Repair Centre
3. Collect repaired suitcase from the Repair Centre

VIVA® Product Warranty Conditions
Warranty Duration
VIVA® products are guaranteed for 5 years from the date of purchase.
Repair and Replacement
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective parts covered under warranty free of charge.
Important Notes
- If the warranty period has expired or if you do not have proof of purchase, repairs will be charged accordingly.
- Please keep the original purchase receipt safe as proof of warranty.

- Handle
- Trolley
- Lock
- Wheels
- Footings
- Zipper Puller
- Zipper Tab
Exclusions from Warranty
The following are not covered under warranty:
- Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, and stains on the exterior are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered.
- Accidental Damage: Damage from excessive force or mishandling, such as cracks or deformations, is not covered.
- Interior Wear: Issues like tearing of the inner mesh, zipper problems, and wear on the edge cloth are excluded from maintenance
- No Replacement Parts: If there are no damaged parts that require replacement, those issues fall outside the maintenance scope.
Transportation Damage
Any damage that occurs during transportation must be reported to the airline, transportation company or baggage claim office before leaving the premises.
