Instructions

1. Send us the following information by WhatsApp/ Signal, WeChat or Email to our Repair Centre to enable maintenance arrangement

  • A photo of the purchase receipt
  • A photo of the front of the suitcase
  • A photo of the malfunctioned or damaged parts

2. Return the damaged suitcase to the Repair Centre

3. Collect repaired suitcase from the Repair Centre

WARRANTY

VIVA® product is guaranteed for 5 years from the date of purchase to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Within the duration of the warranty, our distributors will repair and replace any replaceable parts free of charge, excluding any costs the owner incurred for delivering the product to and from our distributors.

Warranty period overdue or without any purchase certification, repairs will be charged accordingly. Please keep this card and your purchase receipt safely as proof of purchase.

Warranty scope mainly includes: Handle, Trolley, Lock, Wheels, Footings, Zipper Puller and Zipper Slider.

Please note the followings are not under warranty: normal wear and tear; unauthorized modifications or repairs; or damages of any kind by improper use (e.g. overloading), or by third party (e.g. airlines). Damages during transit should be reported to the transiting company at the baggage claim area before you leave the premises.
